| If you are not 100% satisfied with anything you purchase from us, please return it within 30 days, per our return policy below. All returns and exchanges must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all original components included. |
| Shipping Policy |
| Boating Direct Marine Services fills all orders usually within 24 hours if your order is received by 1 pm EST, Monday through Friday. This does not include overweight and special order items. Items that are too large or heavy to be delivered via United Parcel Service (UPS) will be shipped by common carrier, dock to dock, and will take approximately 5-10 business days to arrive. There are no minimum order size or small order size charges. |
| Cancellations |
| Please notify us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. If the order has already been shipped you may refuse to accept the order when it arrives. Once delivery is accepted you may return or exchange items per our return policy. |
| Exchange/Return Requirements |
| Excluding special order and software items, we will refund any order within 30 days of purchase for any reason, minus return shipping and up to a 15% restocking fee. Please call to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization number) and return instructions. Once we receive your return in the proper condition, we will then refund your credit card for the full purchase price minus up to a 15% restocking fee of the total sale price before shipping charges. Returns cannot be accepted with out an RMA number. Shipping, handling fees and special order items if applicable, are not refundable. |
| Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton. Please note that the warranty card must not be filled out. Any blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition. |
| If during the course of normal use a product exhibits signs of being defective, you will need to contact the manufacturer for product warranty claims. |

| You may phone us with your credit card number but you can most easily order online using your credit card. We use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent your credit card number, billing and shipping information information from being intercepted on the Internet. Additionally, to prevent credit card fraud, please provide the exact billing address, zip code, and phone number for your credit card. |
| You can also phone, fax or mail in your order with a check or money order. Please make your check or money order payable to Boating Direct Marine Services, LLC and mail it to: |

| Check or money order purchases will be shipped when the funds have cleared. This method of payment will lengthen the process by 7-10 business days. |
